The photo is taken in IK-2 - a prison in Ekaterinburg, I was as a reporter there. It is so surprising for me to see this wild bird of prey seating on the wall! I'm not sure what bird it is, maybe a falcon. The prison is located in the very centre of Ekaterinburg, I've never seen any wild birds in our city.
